1. Consultation & Briefing

2. Design & Mockup
Our design team transforms your ideas into production-ready artwork. We provide professional mockups showing your branding on the actual products, with accurate color matching, logo placement, and sizing. You can request revisions until everything looks perfect.
No design files? No problem. We can create everything from scratch based on your brand guidelines or a rough sketch. See our customization options for what's possible.
3. Sampling & Approval
Before committing to full production, we create pre-production samples. This is your chance to see, feel, and test the actual product — fabric quality, print accuracy, fit, and overall finish. We ship the sample to you for physical approval.
Once you're satisfied, we proceed to full manufacturing. Sample costs are typically deducted from your final order total.
4. Manufacturing
With the approved sample as our quality benchmark, we begin full production. Our partner factories specialize in snowsport and apparel manufacturing, with dedicated production lines for each product type. You receive regular progress updates with photos and milestone check-ins throughout the manufacturing phase.
5. Quality Control
Every order passes through multi-point quality inspection before packing. We check stitching, print adhesion, color accuracy, sizing consistency, and overall build quality. Any items that don't meet our standards are pulled and remade.
We also test technical products like hardshell jackets, goggles, and snowboards for waterproofing, lens clarity, and structural integrity.
6. Packaging & Branding
Your merchandise is professionally packed for safe transit. Choose from our packaging tiers — Basic (standard packing), Premium (branded packaging with logo), or Luxury (custom-designed boxes for a premium unboxing experience). We also offer custom hang tags, woven labels, stickers, and thank-you cards.
7. Shipping & Delivery
