Shipping Information

Shipping Methods: We ship worldwide using reliable carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Tracking: All orders include tracking information. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Customs & Duties: We use freight forwarders that include all customs clearance, duties, and taxes in the shipping cost. No additional fees or paperwork required from you - we handle everything for smooth delivery to your door.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees.

Design Accuracy & Quality Assurance

Design Approval Process:

  • Review carefully: The digital mockup is your final opportunity to catch errors
  • Approval is binding: Once approved, the design is locked for production
  • Check colors: Request physical color samples if color accuracy is critical

Our Quality Guarantee: If we make an error in reproducing your approved design, we'll fix it. This covers:

  • Designs that don't match the approved mockup
  • Manufacturing defects affecting usability

Important: To prevent abuse, we may require return of defective items and reserve the right to limit replacements for customers with multiple claims. Normal color variations between screens and physical products are not considered errors.

Returns & Quality Guarantee

📝 Important: All products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our merchandise, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive items with manufacturing flaws (printing errors, material defects, construction issues), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to find the best solution, which may include:

  • Replacement of defective items in your next order
  • Credit toward future purchases
  • Partial refund for minor issues

Design Accuracy

If the final product significantly differs from your approved design mockup, we'll reprint the affected items at our cost. Please review mockups carefully before approval.

Sizing Concerns

For apparel sizing issues, we may consider exchanges if:

  • Contact is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The requested size is currently available
  • Customer covers return shipping costs

Note: All resolutions are evaluated case-by-case. We aim for fair solutions that work for both parties while respecting the custom nature of each order.

Cancellation Policy

Before Production: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if requested before production begins (typically within 24-48 hours of order placement).

During Production: Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled as materials have been allocated and work has commenced.

💡 Design Services: Our custom design and mockup services are always free, even if you decide not to proceed with production.
