Custom Products: All our products are made-to-order. Due to the custom nature of our merchandise, all sales are final once production begins.
Design Approval: Customers must approve digital mockups before production begins. SnowMerch is not responsible for errors in final products if approved designs contain mistakes.
Lead Times: Production times vary by product and quantity. Estimated lead times are provided but not guaranteed. Rush production may be available for additional fees.
Bundle Pricing: Bundle discounts apply only to complete bundle purchases. Individual items from bundles purchased separately are subject to standard pricing.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required before production begins. For established recurring customers with order history, partial payment options may be available by special arrangement.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material cost changes, though confirmed orders will be honored at quoted prices.
Customer Designs: Customers retain ownership of their logos, artwork, and branding. By submitting designs, you grant SnowMerch permission to reproduce them on your ordered products.
SnowMerch IP: Our product designs, website content, and branding are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
SnowMerch's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to SnowMerch.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to SnowMerch, accessible from snowmerch.xyz
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
